About the Role ACC Premiere is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to deliver exceptional service experiences for well‑known brands via phone, social media, live chat, and email. This work‑from‑home role includes paid training and company‑provided equipment. Role Overview You will handle customer inquiries, document interactions, and support retention by solving problems creatively. The position requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dedicated home office environment. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Document and update customer records accurately. Maintain knowledge of evolving products and services. Implement creative problem‑solving to increase customer retention. Manage multiple inquiries efficiently across phone, chat, and email. Preferred Skills Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in a call center environment. Experience supporting brand products and services. Positive, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills. High school diploma required; college preferred. Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting consumer products/services. Training Provided Product training (understanding client products, applications, and effects). Systems training (CRM and ACD tools). Compensation and Benefits Pay: $11.50–$12.00/hour. Paid training.
