Medical Receptionist – Zymek Cardiology

Join our friendly, patient-focused team! We are looking for a personable and dependable Medical Receptionist who enjoys helping people and treating every patient like family.

Zymek Cardiology is a small but growing medical office looking for someone who is organized, positive, hardworking, and comfortable working closely with patients, providers, and our medical team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet patients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
• Check patients in and out and schedule appointments
• Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments
• Obtain and follow up on prior authorizations
• Process incoming and outgoing faxes and new patient referrals
• Send prescription requests and communicate with pharmacies
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Assist with daily front-office duties and keep the office running smoothly

• Medical office experience is required
• Friendly, personable, and professional

• Self-efficient and able to take initiative
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

$19–$23 per hour, based on experience. We do not offer any benefits at this time.
