OB Hospitalist Position

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $300,000 - $320,000

Our organization is actively searching for OB/GYN Hospitalists to become part of a well-established, community-oriented program within a prominent academic-affiliated health system in Texas. This role is ideal for physicians who value the balance and predictability that comes with a genuine shift work schedule while being part of a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Exclusively inpatient OB/GYN hospitalist duties
• Engage in a true shift-based model, approximately 8, 24-hour shifts per month
• No outpatient clinic responsibilities and no routine home call
• Provide coverage for OB Emergency Department, Labor & Delivery, GYN consultations, and emergency care
• Access to strong subspecialty support, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology
• Optional teaching opportunities available through an academic-affiliated program

Requirements and Qualifications

• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active medical license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
