At Las Cruces Dental Associates , we’re seeking a full-time Dental Front Desk Scheduler/Coordinator who takes pride in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient patient experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-2 year prior experience (dental experience is preferred)
• Dental insurance verification
• Knowledge in ADA coding
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy with proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and Dentrix Ascend (or willingness to learn)
• A team player who brings positivity, professionalism, and a patient-first attitude every day

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:45 AM - 12:00 PM (or until last patient is done)
