Job Title: Emergency Room Director

Location: Las Cruces, NM, USA (88011)

Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 + relocation assistance up to $10K

Job Summary

Lead and oversee all Emergency Room operations, including staff management, policy development, quality initiatives, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct daily ER operations and clinical performance
• Recruit, mentor, and manage ER staff
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures
• Manage department budget, productivity, and quality outcomes
• Drive process improvements and patient throughput initiatives
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)
• Current or eligible New Mexico RN license
• 7+ years of healthcare experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Strong experience in team building and quality improvement
• Experience in for-profit hospital settings preferred

Certifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS required
• TNCC (within 6 months of hire)
