Demolition Laborer – Support High-Impact Commercial Selective Demolition Projects

Job Overview

• Company: West Coast Removal.

• Salary/Pay Rate: $20 – $28 per hour (Based on experience).

• Location: Lincoln, CA (Travel may be required).

• Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday (Overtime and weekends as needed).

• Project Scope: Commercial Selective Demolition.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute the systematic removal of walls, ceilings, flooring, and fixtures to meet project specifications.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure maximum safety and operational efficiency.

• Operate specialized hand and power tools with precision to achieve high-quality demolition outcomes.

• Implement critical site protection and dust control measures to preserve the integrity of active job sites.

• Coordinate with the Foreman to streamline the transport and disposal of materials and debris.

• Adhere to strict safety protocols and PPE requirements to maintain a zero-incident work environment.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong work ethic and a proven track record of reliability and punctuality in a physical work environment.

• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform demanding tasks in various site conditions.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, nights, and weekends as project demands shift.

• Ability to follow complex directions and work collaboratively within a fast-paced team dynamic.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in construction or commercial demolition environments.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Eligible for bonus pay).

• OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish to assist with crew communication.
