Receptionist (Part-time)

Job Expectations Perform front desk operations from 7am - 12 pm daily with some flexibility according to company events Greeting all visitors and assist with sign in, ID verification, and other measures to comply with government regulations and security initiatives in coordination with the Ursa Major Legal team. Assist the Office Coordinator with tasks as required Manage Envoy for Longmont Ursa Major, including visitor check-in and check-out, planning requirements, new hires, and screening requirements Assist in event planning for the Longmont office. Manage badging for employees, employees, contractors, visitors, and foreign visitors Tend to the physical mailbox at the Longmont site Order and maintain inventory of office supplies and snacks Qualifications 2+ years of professional administrative experience in an office setting Excellent record keeping skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs Preferred / Additional Skills Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously Basic data analysis and presentation skills Knowledge of visitor management software Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $20.31 - $22.19/hour determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
