About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Partner with an entrepreneurial spirit to take on a leadership role that mirrors the responsibilities of business ownership. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving the business's sales, profitability, and overall performance, while ensuring compliance with operating and quality standards. This pivotal position demands a leader who can maintain positive guest relations, spearhead budgeting and business planning, and oversee the physical and operational aspects of the business. The Managing Partner will also be responsible for team member recruitment, development, and maintaining a harassment-free work environment. A key aspect of the role is the ability to proactively manage all activities that impact revenue, cost of goods sold, and the guest experience, as well as the development and implementation of marketing strategies to capitalize on business opportunities. Applicants for the Managing Partner role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of proven experience in a similar high-volume setting, such as theme parks, family entertainment centers, hotels, resorts, casinos, or restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a background in management at a general manager or director level, with a strong track record of success. Essential skills include excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, strong leadership qualities, and the capacity to create and implement marketing strategies. The role requires a results-driven individual with a strong work ethic, the ability to interact enthusiastically with others, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and conduct. The Managing Partner will be expected to be a self-directed, self-driven leader, capable of overseeing the business in the absence of a regional manager, and must be adept at strategic thinking and decision-making.
