Position Overview

AM Electric Enterprises is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online communication channels.
• Provide information regarding electrical services, appointments, scheduling, and general customer questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm customer appointments.
• Assist customers with service requests, billing questions, and account-related concerns.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately.
• Coordinate with field technicians and internal staff to ensure timely customer support.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service requests, and outstanding concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.
• Handle sensitive customer information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Meet established customer service, response-time, and quality standards.
• Perform other administrative and customer-support duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, administrative, call center, or office experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Professional, courteous, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
