Senior Operations Manager

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, Strategic Operations will lead cross-functional projects and improve business processes for the North America DEWALT team, with opportunities for remote work. Key responsibilities Lead strategic operations to support DEWALT North America business priorities and growth objectives Partner with leadership to drive cross-functional alignment and execution of key business initiatives Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational excellence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, project management, or related roles within consumer durables or tools industries Proven success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed organization Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable recommendations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools is a plus
