- # NPI Project Manager IIApplylocations: US-AZ-Phoenix, Arizona (East Sky Harbor Cir)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R245680# **Position:**NPI Project Manager II# **Job Description:****What You’ll Be Doing:*** Responsible for the day-to-day functions of Logistics or Value Add department(s), ensuring goals are met or exceeded.* Supervise day to day operation of a single department (receiving, storing, picking, shipping, special handling) within the distribution/value add center consisting of non-exempt tactical personnel.* With specific direction from management and HR, participates in staffing, terminations, disciplinary counseling, performance management and development in conjunction with facility management. Typically, will need to elevate complex issues.* Report and track department metrics, responding to internal customer inquiries. May need to elevate or work in conjunction with facility management to resolve complex issues.* Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.* Resolves complex problems or problems where precedent may not exist.* Other duties as assigned.**Work Arrangement:** Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Phoenix East Sky Harbor office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.**We’re Looking For:*** Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 6-years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.* Engineering or technical degree.* Experience with NPI projects.* Works independently; receives minimal guidance.* Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.* Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.* Often leads the work of project teams; may formally train junior staff.* Works and helps lead engineers.* Understands engineering processes.* Understands business processes.* Nice to haves: Green Belt Certification, Project Management Professional Certification**What’s In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
