Business Systems Analyst

IDR is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves collaborating with IT and business leadership to optimize systems strategies and support large IT projects within a dynamic organization. The position offers the chance to work on impactful initiatives in a technology-driven environment.

Position Overview for the Business Systems Analyst:

• Summarizes the role of supporting IT solutions and large projects across various organizational teams.
• Involves capturing business requirements, initiating IT projects, and leading analysis efforts.
• Coordinates project phases from ideation through all aspects of the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC).
• Ensures security policies are enforced and systems are compliant with security standards.
• Flexes to other tasks as problems or opportunities arise, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements for the Business Systems Analyst:

• Experience supporting IT solutions and large IT projects
• Experience integrating data and/or transactions between applications including data modeling, governance, and data querying
• Experience preparing business requirements documentation
• Knowledge of ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC concepts and practices
• Ability to work successfully remotely/virtually and within a geographically distributed team
