The individual will have responsibility for providing technical support, system analysis and administration, and championing system best practice for the firm's financial systems which include Elite 3E, Intapp Time and Emburse expense management solutions. The firm has recently implemented a new Practice Management System after a multi-year programme and the role is instrumental in maximizing return on that investment.- As this role supports UK region please note that it requires operating within UK time-zone therefore working hours are from 10 am – 6 pm- This role operates in Hybrid working model requiring DBSE Warsaw office presence 1-2 times a weekRole ResponsibilitiesDaily monitoring and data integrity checks for the suite of financial systemsSystem administration and support for other financial systems including Elite 3E, Intapp Time, Emburse, Enable (ERM). Analysing data feeds in Integration Builder to ensure accurate system integration.Handling missing time queries from both Legal Service and Business Service colleaguesAdministering system access control and configuring system securityProactively respond to queries and requests via email, telephone, and Fresh Helpdesk ITSMUndertaking system Month End process as part of a rostered teamAssisting with financial systems auditsSupport with the development of system and process enhancements and upgradesSupport with a variety of testing activity to ensure quality controlLiaising with software vendor and managing escalation of issues and working with them where required.
