Become part of a team that surrounds you with exceptional people, rewarding work, and industry-leading benefits.The MARTA Sanitation Operations Supervisor position is responsible for the scheduling of services at multi-client locations, managing field staff communications, validating service completion, and ensuring the availability of proper materials, equipment, and supplies. Also maintaining daily reports to ensure contract compliance. The Operations Supervisor role requires flexibility to work all shifts when needed. Significant telephone coordination with clients and vendor management is required.Location: Atlanta, GAWorking Schedule: 6 AM-2:30 PM Monday-FridaySalary to be disclosed during pre-screenOperations ManagementMonitor and report project progress to the Operations Manager.Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.Take photos of daily progress and send daily to the Operations Manager.Coordinate with field staff and vendors to complete periodic services.Assist in controlling project expenses, supply orders, equipment, and overall site inventory; submit receipts and invoices.Oversee inspections, quality control, equipment/supply inventory for the assigned project.Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve success.Guide, motivate, and develop staff.Check emails and follow up with clients to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.Participates in emergency drills and environmental safety activities, as requested.Attends and participates in worksite safety and in-service training.Understand and comply with OSHA, Safety and PPE requirements.Available to work flexible hours.Performs other work-related duties as assigned.Client Relationship and Vendor ManagementInteract with customers daily for feedback, troubleshoot issues, and address special needs.Ensure compliance with client company policies and procedures.RequirementsKnowledge, Skills, and EducationHS Diploma5 Years of Supervisor Experience of managing a team of 8 or more.Knowledge of custodial/facility management equipment and machinery.Knowledge of scheduling, project management techniques, and tools.Experience managing facility management workforce projects (preferred).Supervisory Responsibilities/Level of SupervisionThis position has supervisory responsibility for hourly employees.This position will contribute to employee life-cycle decisions.Evaluation based on the successful performance of essential job duties and responsibilities and achievement of goals.What You'll Get401(k) with company matchComprehensive health, dental, and vision insuranceTuition reimbursement and professional development opportunitiesPaid time off, including your birthday offLife, short-term, and long-term disability insuranceOther RequirementsPass a drug testPass a Keystone Management background checkPass a Wayside training classPass a driving history checkPossess a current driving licenseFlexible and reliable for all shifts to support projects and clientsWorking Conditions and Physical RequirementsThis is a full-time position.
