Pay: $69.00 - $75.00 Hourly


Role Overview

We are looking for a business-oriented Program Manager who excels in forecasting, financial management, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and proactive, and is comfortable supporting leadership through data-driven decision-making. Strong financial and operational management skills are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project and program forecasts.
• Track actual expenditures against approved budgets and identify financial risks, budget variances, and forecast changes.
• Support funding requests, approval processes, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Maintain project controls processes, reporting structures, and track program risks, issues, action items, and dependencies.
• Monitor performance against key milestones and deliverables to drive accountability across stakeholder groups.
• Provide leadership teams with visibility into financial and operational health.
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and status reports, and prepare leadership presentations.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and provide data-supported recommendations.
• Work across Finance, Procurement, Project Management, and vendor organizations.
• Facilitate meetings, follow through on action items, and coordinate purchase orders and invoices.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5-7 years of required experience in areas such as project financial management, budget planning, and program governance.

Required Skills: Candidates should have experience with capital expenditure tracking, cost controls, variance analysis, executive reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management. Proficiency with Microsoft Word is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bluebeam is a nice-to-have.
