Field Marketing Manager- Central Atlantic

Abbott seeks a Field Marketing Manager for its Electrophysiology division to support the Central Atlantic territory. The role involves executing targeted marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, driving product adoption, and analyzing campaign performance to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute geographically tailored marketing campaigns and measure effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and field teams on customer targeting and content creation
  • Train local teams on program launches and drive independent program execution
  • Conduct product overviews and competency assessments for physicians and sales teams
  • Analyze data to identify campaign targets and provide feedback to product management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years healthcare, life sciences, or technology product experience
  • Complex medical device product portfolio knowledge
  • Strategic product planning and commercial execution expertise
  • Leadership skills with budget management and task prioritization
  • Salesforce and PowerBI proficiency
  • FDA regulatory compliance understanding
