PAY : $70,000-$100,000 annual salary

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational/technical school training or apprenticeship
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and mechanical skills
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ability to use power tools, hand tools, thermometers, pressure gauges, and testing devices
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC operation and repair manuals
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Physically able to work on HVAC units
• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold conditions
• Ability to stand, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs

Two years of related HVAC experience is preferred.

SCHEDULE : This is a full-time position, offering stable, year-round employment.

WHAT TO EXPECT AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

In this role, you'll perform routine maintenance to ensure heating and cooling systems operate at peak performance, inspect and troubleshoot equipment issues, diagnose problems with precision, and install replacement parts when needed. You'll maintain inventory levels, follow all company and industry safety standards, and use your technical expertise to deliver reliable solutions.
