QuikCut, LLC is seeking skilled Welder/Fitters to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. What You'll Do

As a Welder/Fitter, you will fit and weld metal components according to engineered drawings and customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities include:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Fit and weld metal components.
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding processes as required.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Measure and verify dimensions for proper fit and alignment.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Welder/Fitter in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
Knowledge of fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the workday.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
