QuikCut, LLC is seeking skilled Welder/Fitters to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. What You'll Do
As a Welder/Fitter, you will fit and weld metal components according to engineered drawings and customer specifications while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities include:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Fit and weld metal components.
- Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and other welding processes as required.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Measure and verify dimensions for proper fit and alignment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules.
- Previous experience as a Welder/Fitter in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of fabrication tools and measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and kneel throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30AM-4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM; $3.00 per hour shift premium
