Ideal Employee: Independent, 1 year experience in night cleaning
Pay: $20.00 an hour
Overview:
The Buddie System LLC. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented individual to provide janitorial services, This position is ideal for a retired professional looking for consistent, part-time evening work in a stable environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary facility.
Key Responsibilities & Cleaning Schedule:
You will perform a variety of custodial tasks across customer service areas, employee offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
Daily Tasks:
- Floors: Vacuum walk-off mats and carpeting; dust mop and wet mop Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) floors.
- Sanitization: Disinfect service counters, sanitize telephones, and clean/disinfect all restroom toilets, urinals, and sinks.
- Restocking: Replenish toilet paper, paper towels, and soap dispensers.
- General: Empty all trash receptacles, spot clean entrance glass and interior walls, and polish mirrors.
Weekly & Monthly Tasks:
- Deep Cleaning: Clean glass partitions, spray buff floors, and dust door sills.
- Maintenance: Wash interior windows, dust baseboards, and remove cobwebs.
- Restrooms: Deep clean waste cans and thoroughly disinfect restroom floors.
Periodic Tasks:
- Quarterly: Wash all interior and exterior windows and dust blinds.
Requirements:
- Background Check: Must pass a routine State of Ohio and Federal fingerprint-based background check.
- Professionalism: Services must be performed in a professional, workman-like manner.
- Reliability: Must be able to work independently after business hours and sign in/out daily.
- Supplies Management: Notify supervisory staff when inventory (provided by the facility) is running low.

Responsabilidades clave y cronograma de limpieza:
Realizará diversas tareas de limpieza en áreas de servicio al cliente, oficinas de empleados, baños y espacios comunes.
Tareas diarias:
- Pisos: Aspirar alfombras y tapetes de entrada; pasar mopa de polvo y mopa húmeda en pisos de tablones de vinilo de lujo (LVP).
- Desinfección: Desinfectar mostradores de servicio, sanitizar teléfonos y limpiar/desinfectar todos los inodoros, urinarios y lavabos de los baños.
- Reposición: Rellenar dispensadores de papel higiénico, toallas de papel y jabón.
- General: Vaciar todos los receptáculos de basura, limpiar manchas en los vidrios de la entrada y paredes interiores, y pulir espejos.
Tareas semanales y mensuales:
- Limpieza profunda: Limpiar divisiones de vidrio, pulir pisos (spray buff) y sacudir marcos de puertas.
- Mantenimiento: Lavar ventanas interiores, sacudir zócalos (baseboards) y eliminar telarañas.
- Baños: Limpieza profunda de botes de basura y desinfección total de los pisos de los baños.
Tareas periódicas:
- Trimestral: Lavar todas las ventanas (interiores y exteriores) y sacudir las persianas.
Requisitos:
- Verificación de antecedentes: Debe aprobar una verificación de huellas dactilares a nivel estatal (Ohio) y federal.
- Profesionalismo: Los servicios deben realizarse de manera profesional y eficiente.
- Confiabilidad: Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente fuera del horario de oficina y registrar su entrada/salida diariamente.
- Gestión de suministros: Notificar al personal de supervisión cuando el inventario (proporcionado por la instalación) esté bajo.
