Our client is a fast-growing, veteran-owned luxury watch dealership seeking a energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to work directly alongside the founder. This is an incredible opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone with up to 3 years of professional experience who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career. No prior luxury watch experience is required—we're looking for someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. You'll gain firsthand exposure to business operations, luxury sales, client service, logistics, inventory management, social media, and entrepreneurship while working with some of the world's most sought-after luxury timepieces. What You'll Do Assist with the receiving, inspection, quality control, and shipping of luxury watches Prepare watches for secure domestic and international shipments Help maintain accurate inventory and documentation Photograph luxury watches and assist with online listings Support social media content creation across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok Run daily FedEx shipments and assist with operational logistics Work directly with the founder on a variety of projects that help drive the business forward We're Looking For Someone Who Is A recent college graduate or has 0-3 years of professional experience Energetic, positive, and eager to learn Extremely detail-oriented and organized Trustworthy with a high level of integrity Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a growing business Interested in learning how a successful entrepreneurial business operates Comfortable being on camera occasionally for social media content Excited about long-term career growth rather than simply finding their next job Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable learning new technology and business systems Familiarity with Google Workspace and social media platforms is a plus Must be able to pass a background check Compensation & Growth $50,000 - $70,000 , depending on experience Direct mentorship from the founder Exposure to luxury sales, operations, logistics, marketing, and client relationships Opportunity to grow into additional responsibilities as the business continues to expand A chance to build a long-term career in the luxury watch industry while learning invaluable business skills If you're looking for an opportunity where you'll be challenged, mentored, and given the chance to grow professionally every day, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Diamond Talent Solutions
