Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with left heart catheterization, right heart catheterization, and high-risk PCI procedures in the cath lab.
• Support structural heart interventions and ECMO-related cases; assist with EKOS and peripheral procedures as needed.
• Prepare patient equipment and catheters, maintain sterile technique, and monitor patient status during procedures.
• Operate imaging systems, document procedures, manage contrast media, and ensure accurate charting and reporting.
• Collaborate with interventional cardiology team, anesthesia, and nursing to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency.
• Participate in post-procedure care, equipment turnover, and inventory management for the cath lab.

Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: ARRT or RCIS required; American Heart Association BLS certification
• Education: Associate degree in health science or completion of an accredited technology program (CVT/Radiology)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in interventional or diagnostic cath lab; Structural Heart and ECMO experience required
• Other: Must have cath lab experience and be able to work in a high-volume, technically complex environment
