Role Overview In this role you will join our U.S. Military and Government team to provide seamless travel management services to federal clients. As a Travel Consultant, you will deliver outstanding customer service to defense and government travelers before, during, and after their business trips. Responsibilities Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation. Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences. Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations to provide the best travel experience. Handle a wide range of bookings from simple to complex, including multi‑destinations, ticket exchanges, and complex fares. Make changes or solve any issues that might occur during or before travel assignments, including both routine and non‑routine work. Qualifications 3 or more years’ experience as a Travel Consultant (or 5 years in another customer service industry). Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre). U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract. Genuine passion for high‑quality customer service. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong teamwork skills. Positive, “can do” attitude. Willingness to learn and grow. Military experience or certifications may be accepted as a substitute for some requirements. Benefits Salary: $46,000 to $52,000.
