Job Summary:
Seeking a senior HR leader to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, driving talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture transformation. This role will lead HR initiatives, support business objectives, and oversee a team of HR professionals.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners
- Drive initiatives in talent management, employee engagement, retention, and change management
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compensation
- Identify organizational gaps and implement effective HR solutions
- Support leadership development and culture transformation efforts
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of HR/business partner experience
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
