We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Dental Hygienist to become part of our dedicated team!

Our expanding dental practice is looking for a Dental Hygienist . In this role, you will support the dentist with various procedures and operate x-ray equipment. To excel in this position, a valid state hygiene license and prior experience as a dental hygienist are essential.

• Utilizing dental tools to remove plaque, tartar, and stains from teeth and below gum margins.
• Reviewing and documenting patient medical histories.
• Employing probes to assess and identify periodontal issues and other signs of gum disease.
• Documenting dental decay and diseases for the dentist's diagnosis and treatment.
• Maintaining dental instruments and x-ray machinery.
• Conducting visual and tactile examinations of gums for signs of disease, sores, and other oral health concerns.
• Encouraging preventive dental care to enhance patient oral health.
• Applying fluoride and other agents to prevent dental decay.
• Collaborating with dentists and dental assistants.
• Managing a dental hygiene program for patients.

• Associate’s degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Valid state hygiene license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Capability to administer local anesthetics.
• Proficient in operating x-ray machines.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Comfortable using computers for various tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of oral hygiene and dental health.
