HCA Healthcare seeks a Human Resources Business Partner for St. David's North Austin Medical Center to provide strategic HR support across facilities. You will help shape workplace culture by executing policies, programs, and practices with a team. You will engage managers to define people strategies, partner with HR leaders, and advise on learning, development, and succession planning.
