Location: 509 W Tidwell Suite 200, Houston, TX 77091 Compensation: $200,000 - $222,000 / year Department: Providers Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our dynamic healthcare team at Airline Complete Healthcare. This physician will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional medical care to adult patients and contributing to our mission of promoting preventative health and wellness. Our Values Put Patients First Empower Entrepreneurial Provider and Care Teams Operate with Integrity & Excellence Be Innovative Work As One Team What You’ll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of adult medical conditions, including chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, and heart disease. Conduct routine and preventive care visits, screenings, and wellness checks to promote long-term health and early detection of disease. Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work. Develop evidence-based, personalized care plans in collaboration with patients and their families. Manage a continuity panel of adult patients, ensuring appropriate follow-up and long-term care. Document patient encounters, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Coordinate care with specialists, behavioral health professionals, and other providers as needed. Participate in quality improvement efforts and initiatives tied to clinical performance metrics and value-based care goals. Deliver culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate care tailored to Houston’s diverse community. Qualifications Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Unrestricted and active Texas Medical License (M.D. or D.O.) Current DEA registration (Texas) Current BLS and ACLS certifications Proficiency in Spanish or another second language is a strong plus Experience in a value-based care or community clinic setting is preferred Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to underserved populations Bilingual Spanish preferred Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions This position is located in-office. The clinic address is 509 W. Tidwell, Suite 200, Houston, TX 77091 The national target base salary range for this role is: $200,000 - $245,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, experience, and other job-related factors.
