WHERE THE ROLE IS LOCATED:

Charlotte metro
Hybrid schedule with 2 days in office

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

Manage lease abstraction, compliance, critical date tracking, and ongoing enforcement of lease terms
Perform rent-related calculations-including escalations, CPI adjustments, late fees-and ensure timely invoicing
Maintain master lease files, tenant correspondence, insurance documentation, and monthly rent roll accuracy
Serve as a liaison across accounting, leasing, asset management, and property management to streamline operations

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

Must have commercial real estate experience supporting lease administration and CAM reconciliations
Ability to interpret lease language, financial obligations, amendments, estoppels, and related legal documents
Hands-on experience with property management systems (Yardi Voyager preferred) and proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional with the ability to manage deadlines and high-volume priorities
