If that sounds like the change you are looking for, please read on… What They're Looking For: Bachelors in Business, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar required. Prior management experience. Excellent computer knowledge and Advanced Excel user. They use SAP. Excellent knowledge of accounting software packages and spreadsheets. Hours and Compensation Potential: The position is day shift. The range is between $90,000-$125,000 depending on experience. The facility offers a full benefit package including 20 days PTO and 6 paid holidays. What You'll Be Doing: Directs financial activities of the organization. Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for company. Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations. Responsible for preparation of annual hospital budget. Advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to budget constraints and changes in hospital reimbursement. Supervises preparation of schedules and other documentation for audits of company's accounts. Additional Info: Position reports to the CEO. Facility is a state of the art 52 bed inpatient acute rehab hospital that is committed to high quality healthcare. Direct reports include Dietary Manager, Dietician, Payroll, AP & Material Manager.
