Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

What You’ll Do As a valued member of our clinical team, you will: Provide preventive dental care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and polishing Perform comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings Take and interpret dental radiographs using established protocols Administer local anesthesia (as permitted by licensure) Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care techniques, and personalized treatment recommendations Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and infection control standards Support clinical efficiency and collaborate closely with the dentist and team Contribute to creating an exceptional, comfortable patient experience Qualifications Required: Proficiency in dental procedures, instrumentation, and sterilization methods Knowledge of radiography protocols Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities Preferred: Experience with pediatric patients Familiarity with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software Knowledge of vital signs and systemic health assessment Experience with impression taking or digital scans Dental assisting experience is a plus What We’re Looking For Our ideal team member: Has a positive attitude and team-first mindset Is eager to learn and improve office systems Takes pride in providing compassionate, high-quality care Contributes to a supportive and uplifting workplace culture We are willing to train a motivated candidate and support professional growth.
