In-House Attorney - Contracts

The In‑House Attorney – Contracts is responsible for reviewing, drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of commercial and operational contracts. This role partners closely with our corporate business leaders and internal stakeholders to manage contractual risk, ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and support business objectives through practical, business‑focused legal guidance. The primary focus of this position is contract review and negotiation across multiple functional areas with additional general practice matters also included in the position. Experience in IT and/or Privacy law a plus. EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; New Jersey license preferred but not required. Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing law, with significant experience in contract review, drafting, and negotiations. Prior in‑house experience preferred but not required. You can look forward to professional support, an annual salary of $185,000 - $225,000 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits—including time off for holidays, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days and 3 personal days, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
