Assistnat Branch Manager – Building Materials Distribution

A leading regional specialty distributor of building materials is seeking an experienced Manager to drive operational excellence and support the company’s rapid growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable organization offering a long-term career path with plenty of room for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize all aspects of operations within a high-volume, fast-paced distribution facility.
Lead sales, customer service, and operational initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Develop and implement cost-effective logistics plans for trucking and freight management.
Ensure hauling assets are aligned to meet customer demands and maintain service excellence.
Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, purchasing, and team performance.
Conduct P&L reviews to analyze financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in the building materials supply industry.
Expertise in managing operations within high-volume distribution environments.
Strong understanding of logistics planning and freight management.
Well-rounded skills in sales, customer service, and operational management.
Hands-on experience with inventory control, purchasing, and P&L analysis.
