Assistant Property Manager

The Evans Company is looking for a candidate to blow us away with enthusiasm to assist commercial tenants in all aspects of property management, strong attention to detail, and a drive to begin a long-term career with tons of growth opportunities. Reports To Director of Commercial Real Estate Operations Schedule Full-time. M-F, 40 hours/week. 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Salary Range $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience Responsibilities TENANT LEASE ADMINISTRATION including ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ADMINISTRATION PROPERTY OPERATIONS and EXPENSE ADMINISTRATION / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

High School diploma/GED required College coursework/Bachelors degree in business/accounting/ useful or preferred Real Estate Broker’s License preferred but not required

EXPERIENCE

Customer-facing work experience Financial and accounting acumen or similar experience in budget preparation and financial reporting preferred Commercial real estate or property management experience a huge plus Familiarity with building systems, lease negotiations, documentation, and administration helpful Experience with accruals as well as CAM estimates and reconciliations useful Requirements
