We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a background in PVF, industrial supply, or a related distribution environment. This is a phone-focused sales role for a motivated professional who can manage existing accounts while actively developing new business.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.

• Prospect and develop new accounts through outbound calling.

• Prepare accurate quotes for pipe, valves, fittings, and stainless products.

• Follow up on open quotes and convert opportunities into orders.

• Identify opportunities to expand product sales within existing accounts.

• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide responsive service.

• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements

• 2+ years of inside sales experience in PVF, industrial supply, or a closely related industry.

• Strong knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and/or stainless products.

• Proven ability to prospect and generate new business.

• Confident and effective telephone communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing abilities.

• Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Comfortable working with pricing, quotes, numbers, and sales targets.

• Ability to work effectively with customers, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

• PVF/industrial sales experience is required; candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.
