Social Media Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our organization's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, monitoring audience engagement, and supporting digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive business goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate monthly social media calendars, ensuring content aligns with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand priorities. Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and content days, including schedules, shot lists, products, locations, and creative partners. Manage day-to-day communication and deliverables with photographers, videographers, freelancers, influencers, and other contractors. Create and organize social media copy, photography, video, graphics, and evergreen content in accordance with brand guidelines. Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and elevate customer or reputation concerns as needed. Track social media performance metrics and assist with regular reporting and content performance analysis. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Design, and other teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and social initiatives. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and relevant content opportunities. Maintain organized content calendars, production schedules, creative assets, and a consistent brand voice across all social channels. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years social media marketing experience; restaurant, food and beverage experience preferred Proficiency Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices Experience with social media management tools and content creation tools Experience with paid social advertising and campaign optimization Strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Standing, walking, bending, sitting, and ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
