MANAGEMENT ANALYST
US Department of War
Duties
Serves as the Center's expert on all records management matters, ensuring compliance with Department of War and General Accounting Office (GAO) regulations and policies.
Plans, develops, and maintains the records management program, including the development and review of official publications and disaster recovery plans.
Conducts management studies and surveys to improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and economy of records management operations, including file organization, space utilization, and disposition.
Reviews and approves requests for records destruction, procures necessary equipment, and establishes and conducts records management training programs for supported activities.
This position may be required to lift up to 20 lbs. when handling physical records.
