Job Description

Community Health Network, in collaboration with Community Hospital Oncology Physicians, LLC, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (5 years' experience minimum) to collaborate with medical/hematology oncologists at Community Hospital Anderson.

Desired requirements

Minimum of five (5) years experience in a clinical setting (beyond training)
\n        Board certification and IN medical state license required 
\n        Desire to function in a highly collaborative atmosphere
\n        Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team
\n        Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
