Job Description & Requirements Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: $101.85 – $110.25 This facility is seeking an Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and Requirements Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., two 5 p.m.–7:30 a.m. night calls for inpatient service. Practice Setting: Inpatient Type of cases and required procedures: Must be able to perform Oncology and Hematology experience preferred but not required. If no Oncology and Hematology, preferred experience with hospitalist work or acute care. Credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications required: Must be Board certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), a Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) Licensure required: Must have active Indiana license, active Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) (or one that is easily transferable) Facility Location Independently, Indianapolis, Indiana — known as the “Amateur Sports Capital of the World,” the 12th‑largest city in the U.S., home to cultural, historical, and sporting venues such as the Indy 500, the NBA and NFL teams, and the Indy Jazz Fest.
