Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Job Description & Requirements Oncology and Hematology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) – Locum Tenens. Start date: ASAP. Pay rate: $101.85 - $110.25 per hour. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8–4, two 5 p–7:30 a.m. night calls for inpatient service. Practice Setting: Inpatient. Type of cases and required procedures: Must be able to perform Oncology and Hematology – experience preferred but not required. If no Oncology and Hematology, preferred experience with hospitalist work or acute care. Credentialing timeframe: 45–60 days. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC. Certifications required: Must be Board certified, must have Basic Life Support (BLS), and a Controlled Substance Registration (CSR). Licensure required: Must have active Indiana license, active Indiana Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), or one that is easily transferable.
