Clinicians will operate within a structured inpatient environment designed to meet the needs of patients with complex hematologic and oncologic conditions. Clinician's Workday & Responsibilities Clinicians will provide comprehensive inpatient hematology and oncology care four days per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with night call coverage responsibilities. Clinical duties include managing an average of 25 patients daily and coordinating care with inpatient advanced practice professionals. The position involves delivering specialized treatment for hematologic and oncologic conditions in an inpatient setting.
