Role Description This is a full‑time Salesperson role based in Nashville, TN. The Salesperson will build and manage relationships with builders, contractors, and commercial partners, focusing on exterior solutions including siding, gutters, roofing, and motorized screens. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new accounts, following up on leads, conducting site visits, preparing and presenting estimates, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact through project completion. The role involves collaborating with operations, estimating, and installation teams to ensure accurate scopes of work, dependable scheduling, and high customer satisfaction. The Salesperson will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain detailed CRM records, and represent the Ox Exteriors brand with professionalism and accountability. Qualifications Sales and relationship‑building skills, including prospecting, lead follow‑up, account management, and negotiation. Experience or familiarity with construction or exterior trades (e.g., siding, roofing, gutters, or related building products) and the ability to interpret basic project scopes. Strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication, professional email and proposal writing, and effective presentation abilities. Organizational and planning skills, such as pipeline management, time management, and attention to detail in estimating and documentation. Demonstrated accountability, integrity, and commitment to delivering on promises to customers and internal teams. Prior experience in B2B sales, construction sales, or building materials sales is strongly preferred. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to customer sites in the Nashville area and surrounding markets.
