About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute an innovative Italian menu that reflects seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
• Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to maintain budgetary goals.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Collaborate with management on special events and promotional menus.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages creativity and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in an Italian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire the kitchen team.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
