Physical Therapist – Greater Orlando, Florida FOXY Rehabilitation is expanding in the Greater Orlando area and surrounding communities. We seek licensed Physical Therapists who are passionate about delivering exceptional one‑on‑one care to older adults in their homes, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care settings. This role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to build meaningful patient relationships while managing your own treatment schedule. Telehealth and virtual care options are also available for greater flexibility and continuity of care. Responsibilities Provide individualized physical therapy to older adults in private residences, senior living communities, independent living, assisted living, and memory care facilities. Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence. Document all patient encounters effectively within FOX’s EMR system in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and fitness specialists. Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility. Provide moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility. Drive to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model.
