Part-time FMLA coverage position for a Physical Therapist in the vicinity of Algonquin, IL from August 2026-November 2026. Key Details: *Position is part time, 3 days per week. *Orientation dates are 8/3 and 8/4, Start date is 8/7/26, end date is 5/20/27. *Caseload is resource and self contained Qualifications: *DPT - Physical Therapy *Current IL License to practice or eligible *Previous experience working with a school-based population highly preferred Our awesome Ardor benefits include: Weekly pay, every Friday! Travel Farther Together Referral Program: Payout is tiered. The $1,200 per clinician reward applies only after you’ve referred 10 or more clinicians who successfully contract with Ardor. Payouts are split: 50% when the referred clinician starts, and 50% when they reach the midpoint of their assignment.

License, Certification & CE Assistance: Reimbursements and assistance are offered on a case-by-case basis. Approval must be documented by your recruiting team and is not guaranteed for every clinician or assignment.

COVID-19 vaccination and testing requirements vary by facility. Ardor Health adheres to the guidelines and requirements of each facility, as well as all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
