Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board for Illinois or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Credentials evaluated by one of the following, if applicable for foreign-educated clinicians: FCCPT, ICD, ICA, IERF, or IEC.
• Experience providing physical therapy services in school settings or working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Ability to perform student assessments, develop and implement IEP-aligned goals, and maintain compliant documentation per district, state, and federal guidelines.
• Must be available for orientation on 8/3 and 8/4 and able to begin work on 8/7/2026.
• Willingness to work in resource and self-contained settings across elementary, middle, and high school levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in school districts with caseload management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with special education processes and IEP development.

• Orientation scheduled for 8/3 and 8/4.
• Work across elementary, middle, and high school resource and self-contained settings.
