The Position Location: Lakeville, MN (55044) Hours: Full Time Days School Days including Summer School Client Specifics: 17 year old with trach, vent and a g-tube; HCNs attend school Location: Lakeville, MN (55044) Hours: Part Time Days: Mondays 12-hour shifts Days: Tuesdays 8-hour shifts Client Specifics: 3 year old with trach and a g-tube; HCNs attend preschool Sign-on Bonus: Up to $4,000 for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure – You choose the shift. We add the boost. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN, based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
