THE POSITION

Location: Edina (55424) Hours: Full Time Days & Overnights Days Sunday, Monday & Tuesdays 12-hour shifts Days Every other Saturday 12- hour shift Overnights Sunday through Saturday 12-hour shift Client Specifics: 14 year old with a g-tube Location: Edina (55436) Hours: Days Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12 hour shifts Overnights Every Sunday 12-hour shift Overnights Every other Thursday, Friday & Saturday 12-hour shifts Client Specifics: 6 year old with trachs, vent, and gj-tube Location: Edina (55436) Hours: Days Sunday 6 hour shift. Evenings Tuesday 5 hour shift Days Every other Saturday 6 hour shift Days Every other Saturday 12 hour shift Client Specifics: 29 year old with vent, and g-tube Up to a $4,000 Sign On Bonus for Full Time Nights Night & Weekend Bonus Structure - You choose the shift. We add the boost. Weekday Nights (Mon–Fri): +$1/hour

TRAINING & SUPPORT

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $25.00 to $31.00 hourly for LPN and $35.00 to $41.00 hourly for RN , which is based on license, relevant experience, and qualifications.
