Are you a skilled nurse with trach and vent experience? Family First Homecare is urgently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are experienced in pediatric tracheostomy and ventilator care to join our compassionate home health team!

About the Role

• Provide expert in-home nursing care for pediatric patients requiring tracheostomy and ventilator management
• Deliver personal care and support in a loving, family-centered environment
• Work closely with families to ensure the highest level of safety and comfort

Schedule

• 8–12 hour shifts available
• Flexible scheduling, including day and night shifts

Requirements

• Trach and ventilator experience is required (pediatric home health preferred)
• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN/LVN license in the state of employment
• Compassionate, reliable, and confident working independently
• Strong communication and clinical skills
