Account Executive
Novatech is The Managed Office Provider, delivering IT, Print, Cloud, and Security solutions to organizations across the country. As we continue expanding nationwide, we are looking for ambitious, tech-minded individuals to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for career professionals seeking to build a rewarding future in sales. At Novatech, you will complete a six-week sales development program that provides in-depth training on our products, processes, and sales tools. Through live coaching, peer-to-peer development, and continuous learning, you will gain the skills and confidence needed to succeed.
What You Will Do
Prospect and engage new business opportunities through outreach and networking
Learn Novatech’s sales process, pipeline management, and forecasting best practices
Build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers, including C-level executives
Understand client goals and align Novatech solutions to meet their needs
Drive revenue growth and achieve activity-based and sales goals
What We Are Looking For
A driven professional with a strong desire to succeed in sales
Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
