Finance & Insurance Manager

Troy-Alan Buick in Kittanning is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance & Insurance Manager to join our four-time General Motors Dealer of the Year-winning team at the highest-selling Buick dealership in Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork for car deals, processing financial information for retail sales and leases, selling warranty and protection plans as needed and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong organizational skills, a strong understanding of math, and the ability to effectively communicate with staff and customers. If you have experience in sales or the dealership environment, we encourage you to apply.DutiesProcess finance applications efficiently and accurately.Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle sales and financing that goes with them and help them finalize paperwork onUtilize customer relationship management software to maintain client records.Collaborate with financial institutions to facilitate loan processing and ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.Provide support in sales activities by promoting suggested and sometimes necessary warranty and protection plan products and services.Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications with clients.Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the finance or dealership sectors.Strong math skills to assist with calculations related to policies and loans.Familiarity with loan processing procedures and regulations is a plus.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.Proficient in using computer software for data entry and record management.A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service to clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr Troy Alan Inc
