Job Summary Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for Rock Star Executive Chefs who share our passion for food, service and leadership. Location: Amityville, NY – Executive Chef, Dominican Village Senior Living – Salary: 74‑77K. Salary 74‑85K based on location and depth of experience. Responsibilities Mentor and manage a culinary team, creating a culture of fun, creativity and growth. Develop and execute current, trending and diverse menus in a fast‑paced, multi‑outlet setting. Lead kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation and timely service. Oversee catering operations when applicable. Collaborate with front‑of‑house and management to achieve service excellence. Requirements General Manager and Executive Chef qualifications; strong restaurant management knowledge. 3‑5+ years of supervisory experience as Sous Chef or Executive Chef. High‑volume background. Experience in healthcare facility patient/resident food service is a strong plus. Strong catering experience. Culinary degree strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Metz Culinary Management
